Questions, answered
What happens when my trial ends?
Billing starts automatically on day 30 unless you cancel — which takes two clicks from Settings → Billing. Until then it is the full product, nothing held back.
What do my couples see?
A private, branded gallery at their own link — the films in HD, every photo, favorites and downloads. No account, nothing to install, no Knotflix branding in their faces. And when they want it on the television, there is a Knotflix app for Apple TV: they scan the code on screen and their gallery opens there too.
What happens if I cancel?
Galleries you have already delivered stay live for your couples, and you can always sign in to download your work. A lapsed subscription only stops new deliveries.
Do my couples pay for anything?
Every gallery includes 90 days of hosting. After that, couples can extend it whenever they want more time. Connect your bank in Settings → Payouts and you keep half of every hosting payment — Knotflix keeps the other half for storing and streaming the films.
Can my couples buy prints?
Yes — every gallery has a print store in it. Couples pick a photo, frame the crop and order prints, canvas, acrylic or metal; a lab prints and ships it to them. Half the profit is paid out to your studio, once you have connected payouts in Settings → Payouts.
Where do my original files live?
Full-resolution masters stay attached to every gallery — films and photos. Anything you upload, you (and your couples) can download again at full quality.
Is there a gallery limit?
Solo includes 15 active galleries — archive old ones freely. Studio is unlimited.
